It moves in moods, effortlessly shifting from a driving bass to a melancholy sitar, violins rising and falling in time with beats that are a masterful fusion of east and west. If you've heard Bombay Dub's first album, you probably found it "sleepy" at first, but slowly got drawn in. 3 Cities has its soft side, but for the most part its more energized, more integrated, and more accessable. Listen to "Strange Constellations" and then listen to Album Leaf's "Vermillion" from ONE DAY I'LL BE ON TIME. Curious. Is this is a remix or just a rip-off?
