Fantastic interpretations!Fans of the reggae Dead tributes will be more than pleased with this--others will be surprised. All the tracks are good, but several stand out. Silvio, Mighty Quinn, Times A-Changin' are all great. As always, the incomparable Judy Mowatt delivers a stunning, intense (but far from flashy) Knockin'. But the one that will floor you is the near-acapella reinterpretation of Mr. Tambourine Man. A kind of masterpiece, delivered by some women calling themselves The Fourth Street Sisters. Only complaint--not enough information on the artists and band.
Not too badI love Bob Dylan and I love reggae, and I love Bob Dylan covered by reggae bands. That being said this is only an ok album. The songs just do not have the true reggae feel to them. In fact they do not have the true Bob Dylan feel either. It is an ok album but only if you can get it for cheap ($5 or $6).
