Excellent soundtrackI was really only looking for one song, and was having trouble tracking it down online (legally). So I turned to the movie credits and found the only place available was on the original soundtrack. If you're looking for a great soundtrack filled with mid-to-late nineties music - this is the album for you. Heavily influenced by grunge and arena rock, the Dust Brothers add their electric rock instrumentation and beat-based skills with bands that aren't too demanding in the vocal harmonies or masterful instrumentation department.
Various pop-rock artists present decent off-beat tracks.At first glance into the list of artists performing on this movie soundtrack, one gets the impression of another attempt to swindle fans of big name acts such as Marilyn Manson and Blur into buying a less than average disc. There in lays the surprise. With the eception of standard fair results from Creed, and the chemical brothers, the listener is thrown off gaurd by artsy tunes which show off the experimental sides of bands such as Blur, Elastica, M.
