4 stars Funny!!! but not as solid as their last cd
This album has some great songs (Hurt Feelings, We're Both in Love with a Sexy Lady, You Don't Have to Be A Prostitute) while some are hard to get through (Demon Woman, Petrov). I love Flight of the Conchords and actually enjoyed season 2 (where all of these songs are featured) more than season 1 but I have to say the content of the show was stronger than the songs that came with it this time around. The second season of Flight of the Conchords was ever so slightly less brilliant than the first, and the corresponding album acts accordingly: not quite as good as the first, but not far behind. The duo's incredible musicianship is not as apparent this time around, and is especially lacking on "We're Both In Love With A Sexy Lady" and the album's title track, both of which completely abandon any concept of melody before they even start.
