5 stars It's A Great ALBUM
I think his singing meant a lot of things to a lot of people and that says it all.

1 stars Jim is great, this CD is not
Being a sucker for all things Jim Croce, I bought this CD. I just listened to it again and I have to agree with the previous poster's sentiment: YUCK. Almost all of these versions of Jim's songs just do not work at all. The only two I even halfway liked are the Rapid Roy by Mark Collie and I'll Have to Say I Love You by Lane Brody. I hope one day someone does a really good Jim Croce cover album, because the songs themselves are unbeatable. In short: good idea, bad execution.
