We bought this CD, along with some others, for a driving trip through Colorado. This was by far our favorite. You need to listen carefully; the melodies are great, but more than that, each song has a clear message about life, choices, and how we treat one another on this journey. And, the CD displays each artist at their very best -- heartfelt and sincere. OUR top 3 song? I would agree with S. Friend below. Not bad, and unfortunately, not even all that good. Vince Gill, Josh Turner, and Allison Krauss top the list in terms of musical craftsmanship, melodies, and lyrics. The rest are sincere, earnest, but artless, bland, and in the case of John Michael Montgomery and "The Little Girl," just plain judgmental, and offensive.
