John Mayer is a geniusI saw this on the big screen at a theater where I live, and nothing beat hearing it in Dolby Digital Sound somewhere like that (except for seeing the man live in concert, which I'll be doing later this month). It was your standard rocumentary in that it contained his philosophical moments, mixed in with a lot of amazing live footage from the Nokia Theater performance. The DVD was betterOK, I bought both on release and for me the DVD was MUCH better.First was just the overall look of the dvd - the commentary was a nice touch, great editing.The MAJOR disappointment on the audio CD was well, the audio. It's all over the place. Loud one minute, muddy another. How they got the sound on the DVD so perfectly and then to jack up the audio CD is beyond me.
