Overview Edit

Cheshire Cat is the debut studio album by the American pop punk band Blink-182. It was the only Blink-182 album produced by O, as well as being self-produced, and was released on February 17, 1994, on Cargo Music/Grilled Cheese. It is the only official Blink-182 album to be released under the band name Blink; the original name can be found on early copies of the album.

Released during the breakthrough year for punk rock in California, the album brought the band small success in San Diego and Blink-182 gathered a small following. "M+M's" and "Wasting Time" were released as singles to promote the album; "M+M's" and "Carousel" appear on the band’s Greatest Hits album.

5 stars The Best and most Punk Blink-182 Album
This is the best Blink-182 album without a doubt! It's much more original than their lastest album and the drums are much better. It has one of my fovorite songs of all time--Carousel. M+M's is also one of Blink-182's best. If you like Punk, then this is definitely the Blink-182 CD for you.

3 stars Not as good as the others....
even though cheshire cat is a pretty good listen, i don't think it is as good as their other two albums. it does not sound as polished, and while some may find this more appealing, i prefer dude ranch and enema of the state. it shows a band that, while very talented, did not know their true potential. vocals are particularly weaker on this album, but this could be considered better because they have not been mixed and warped and edited by big studio high-tech sound equipment. big blink fans will…
