Bob Sinclar is one of the identities of French DJ and producer Christopher Le Fraint. Sinclar had the world squeezing in to leotards and going 'back 2,3, 2,3, 2,3,4…' with the single "Gym Tonic". He co-produced the track with Daft Punk Thomas Bangalter, taking Jane Fonda's work out instructions and adding a disco beat.
Sinclar has had a long list of successful singles, which mix disco and electronic styles, but he made his biggest impact in the US with Western Dream. The album included "Rock this Party" which made No.1 on the US Hot Dance Club Play charts, while E-Smoove's remix' of "World Hold On" was nominated for the 2007 Grammy for Best Remix. He also charted with "Love Generation" which featured vocals from Gary Pine of The Wailers. Pine can also be heard on Sinclar's latest release, the Hot Dance Club Play No.1 "Sound of Freedom" from the Soundz of Freedom album.
