The UK-born, US-raised vocalist Bobby McFerrin was born in 1950. His a cappella vocals and beatboxing have earned him a multi-award winning career.

His albums tackle most styles of music from pop to classical, but he is best known for the single "Don't Worry Be Happy" which took him to the top of the charts and won him three Grammys. His talents have been in demand from a diverse range of performers including Grover Washington Jr., Laurie Anderson and Dizzy Gillespie.
