US-born country singer, songwriter and guitarist Bucky Covington built on his American Idol success with a Country-chart-topping debut album.

Both he and twin brother Rocky auditioned separately for American Idol's fifth series, with Bucky's Top 10 finish resulting in a record deal with Lyric Street Records. His debut single "A Different World" set up the release of the Bucky Covington album. The album debuted at No.4 on Billboard 200 and was a No.1 on the Top Country Chart, making it the most successful first week performance for a Country music release since Billy Ray Cyrus' Some Gave All album.
