What do Amazon.com customers think?

4 stars Dizzee, not Disney
I can not believe some of the Yank reviewers on here criticising Dizzee's accent and demanding that he move to the states for a few years to lose his accent. Is this not almost as arrogant as ignoring the UN??? I admit that it is pretty thick but I can here every single word, and I'm Aussie! Of course his accent is going to be different - He's foreign, what did you expect???

3 stars not quite up to the hype, but original
Spawned from the UK garage scene, Dizzee's Mercury Prize

debut album arrives Stateside and sounds more hip hop than

garage. Despite the hype, I don't forsee much commercial success

on this side of the pond; his vocals are hard to understand, and

the backing track is mostly stark, stripped-down and not

particularly danceable. That said, it doesn't sound like anything

else, although the casual observer might liken it to The Streets

or Audiobullys. "Fix Up, Look Sharp" borrows a 1980s Billy Squier …
