Emily Haines (born 1974) is a Canadian indie rock singer. In addition to having a solo career, Haines records and performs as a member of the bands Metric, Broken Social Scene, and Emily Haines & The Soft Skeleton. She is a contralto.

She has contributed backing vocals to albums by other Broken Social Scene members, such as Jason Collett and Kevin Drew.
