Victory Songs is the third full-length album by the Finnish viking / folk metal band Ensiferum. It was released on April 20, 2007 by Spinefarm. It would be the first full-length Ensiferum album to feature the new members

Petri Lindroos, Sami Hinkka and Janne Parviainen, and the last to feature Meiju Enho.

Well I would have to say that I didn't know if I would like the band without Jari in it. It seems like a lot of people are saying that, but anyway, I would have to say that I actually like this CD more than Iron. This CD gets me more pumped up than Iron does, and I think there is a lot more catchy songs in these Victory Songs. I loved the songs Iron, Sword Chant, Into the Battle, and the intro on the CD Iron. This one I love the intro again, Deathbringer from the sky, ahti, one more magic potion…

Incase anyone was wondering, this is the first full length release from Ensiferum that doesnt feature the creative genius/guitar god known as Jari. The new guy Petri, is from Norther, you know, the Children of Bodom cover band. While he does an average job of handling the vocals and guitar, Ensiferum is not (or were not) an average band. Not only that, but Jaris absence is clearer then day. The music doesnt use folk as well as Jari did, nor are there the freshness and uniqueness that made Ensife…
