Biography

Australian musician and author Nick Cave was the lead singer of Aussie post-punk band The Birthday Party in the early 80s. He then formed Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and recorded 13 albums under that name, many of which were critically acclaimed. In 2006, he started recording with three of the Bad Seeds under the name Grinderman. They released their first album Grinderman in March 2007, to widespread plaudits from the music press.
