English jazz-pop, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jamie Cullum is renowned for his eclectic live shows where he performs not only his own hits ("Everlasting Love", "These Are the Days") but also covers from a heterogeneous list of artists; most notably White Stripes' "Seven Nation Army" and Massive Attack's "Teardrop". He is has also covered artists like Joy Division, Pussycat Dolls and Justin Timberlake as well as beatboxing at most of his live gigs. His energy and charisma at live performances are often lost on his recoded CDs, of which he has released six including the critically acclaimed album Pointless Nostalgic (2002). Cullum has been nominated for and won many awards including awards from The British Jazz Awards (Rising Star Award), BRIT Awards (British Breakthrough Act), BBC Jazz Awards (Artist Of The Year, 05) and Ronnie Scotts Jazz Award (Best British Male). Currently Cullum is touring with brother Ben Cullum and band.
