Jennifer Love Hewitt is an American actor and singer-songwriter born in 1979.

Disney was the platform from which she launched a successful acting and singing career, having worked on the Disney show Kids Incorporated. She went on to roles in many television shows most notably as Sarah Reeves in Party of Five and its spin-off Time of Your Life. Film roles included I Know What You Did Last Summer and its sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer.

Her debut album Love Songs was first released in Japan in 1992 though it was not available in the US until 1997. She shared songwriting credits on one of the eleven songs. She followed this in 1995 with Let's Go Bang and Jennifer Love Hewitt in 1996.

Her most recent album is 2002's Barenaked which charted at No.37 in the Billboard charts and found her sharing songwriting credits on several of the tracks.
