One of the best reggae albums I have ever listened to.This is one of the best reggae cd's I have ever owned and purchased. I was down in Jamaica on spring break over ten years ago and heard this album at Rick's Cafe and it just always brings back memories for me of that time. It is true reggae, not the modern stuff, and just pure Jimmy CLiff. If you love his music, you will not be disappointed. Great for relaxing.
The B side is the only one worth playingIn response to the guy before me...are you serious? This album stinks of modern technology. This definately is not Jimmy at his best. If you want what the last guy calls, "true reggae", go buy equal rights or mama africa by Peter Tosh, some Steel Pulse or Toots and the Maytals. The A side doesn't even sound like a reggae record. It sounds like something you would here on the station at the dentist office. This album's not all bad though. The lyrics are there, but the music is lacking. Like I said…
