I recently purchased Joe's CD and I absolutely love it. Joecontinues to sing straight from the heart with lyrics that'll make youmelt like butter! Even the INTRO is tight! If you're going to compare you must keep one thing in mind: JOE CAN ACTUALLY SING!. Joe's singles deliver what you expect and absolutely nothing more: efficient, of-the-moment r&b that's only as good as it needs to be. "My Name is Joe" is full of these tracks, none which won't sound out of place in modern radio. The hit "I Wanna Know" is a passable slow jam that works if you can get past the trite lyrics. "Stutter" and "Get Crunk Tonight" aren't half-bad either. But what's missing from this album--and from Joe, himself--is a strong personality. His prescence gets all but washed…
