Jonny Lang is the Grammy Award winning blues guitarist/singer from North Dakota. His solo debut, Lie to Me made multi-platinum sales and won him a Grammy Award, a feat which would be impressive for any artist, but Lang did it aged 15.

At 15, his career had already been going for three years, playing with the Bad Medicine Blues Band who were renamed Kid Jonny and the Big Bang after he joined. The band's debut Smokin' resulted in a deal with A&M. Over the course of subsequent album releases Lang has incorporated a broader mix of influences including soul, funk and rock for the second album, to Gospel on Turn Around.
