“Texican rock n’ roll” band Los Lonely Boys consists of three brothers with a strong background in the music industry – their father had a successful career during the 70s and 80s and they often sang with him on stage.
They released their eponymous debut album in 2004 and it reached a respectable No.7 on the Billboard charts, helped by the success of lead single “Heaven” which reached the Top 20 of the Hot 100 and received a Grammy the following year. Sacred was released in 2006 and found them collaborating with Willie Nelson who had also contributed to a track on their debut. The second album was eagerly awaited and did not disappoint the fans, though its critical reception was a little more mixed.
