5 stars Great debut album
I was introduced to this band a couple years ago by a friend and I really liked thier heavy sound with Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja. So I bought this CD and was very impressed. The singer has a very distinct voice that switches from melodic to powerful screaming that keeps me interested. Plus they have real heavy guitar riffs that punch you in the face. I also own Start Something and this is much better I think.

Fav songs: Shinobi, Five is a four letter word, Kobrakai.

1 stars One, maybe two good songs.
This is a pretty empty album. Beside the "Shinobi..." song, which really rocks out, I was very displeased by the remainder of the songs. The music felt stagnant, and really lacked direction. To be honest, I think these guys are just trying to sound like their contemporaries. They don't bring anything new to the table that we haven't heard elsewhere. If I could return the CD I bought, I would. (one more reason to download music from the net)
