Oddball CoversLuka Bloom's previous releases showcase his powerful voice, excellent songwriting abilities and skills with arrangement. While this CD still showcases his voice and arrangement skills, it does nothing for songwriting, as all the songs are covers and most are odd at that. This is a release that even fans of Luka Bloom would not miss if it were not in their collections. It isn't bad, just disappointing. For those unfamiliar with Luka, you would be much better off with the stirring Riverside or uplifiting Salty Heaven.
