A band to watch for in a couple of yearsFirstly, i do not know a whole lot about the 'symphonic metal' scene, although i am a big fan of Nightwish. As a result, i shall draw a couple of comparisons between the bands. Firstly, Lunatica has a far better drummer - far better than the over the top, Helloween style of Nightwish. The music too is in fact more sophisticated than the Finn's, though less 'full on'. Fairly typical Euro Symphonic MetalThis album didn't have all that much going for it, other than it sounds quite a bit like other bands with stronger songwriting.It'd be quite a bit better with a different tone on the guitars, synth, however. Sounds kind of cheap to me.Still, catchy for being fairly typical of the genre.
