4 stars A band to watch for in a couple of years
Firstly, i do not know a whole lot about the 'symphonic metal' scene, although i am a big fan of Nightwish. As a result, i shall draw a couple of comparisons between the bands. Firstly, Lunatica has a far better drummer - far better than the over the top, Helloween style of Nightwish. The music too is in fact more sophisticated than the Finn's, though less 'full on'. The songs don't always flow freely, although after a few listens one gets used to it.

3 stars Fairly typical Euro Symphonic Metal
This album didn't have all that much going for it, other than it sounds quite a bit like other bands with stronger songwriting.

It'd be quite a bit better with a different tone on the guitars, synth, however. Sounds kind of cheap to me.

Still, catchy for being fairly typical of the genre.
