5 stars Simply Superlative - in so many ways
These days, it's quite difficult to find vocal excellence in the style of the past. Music that sells tends to have some form of gimmickry going for it - be it electronic, rap, or overdubbing - likely brought on by the dictates of the day. But, of course, there must be an exception. 3 stars It's yet another Vandross compilation CD
What can be said about that? It's not as complete as "Best of Love," but if you want to sit down and listen to a disc all the way through this is long enough to do that without being too long.

It goes without saying that a lot of the best/ later stuff is left off for the sake of having only a single CD.
