Rolling Stones meet the BeatlesThis is the third album from Mando Diao, and is their best album. All their albums are great, but this one is excellent. If you ever wondered what the Beatles would sound like doing the harder songs of the Rolling Stones, then this is your band. There is not a bad song on the album (or on the second disc that came with the import version.) The highlights of the album are Long Before Rock n' Roll, The Wildfire, The New Boy, TV & Me, and Ochrasy.
it does not get more average than thissorry folks, but this band may not be in steep decline, but they sure are living the old adage of the "law of diminishing returns".the 1st album was near perfect, while the 2nd one only had near perfect moments.along comes the 3rd record, and guess what? not nearly as good as the first two. there really is nothing wrong with the playing and singing. it just seems like the writing is letting this band down.oh, nothing on here sucks to be sure, but it's just that everything here is so forgettab…
