Biography

Edit

English DJ and music producer Mark Ronson has released two albums, but is best known for the success of his second, Versions (2007). Debut album Here Comes The Fuzz (2003) was mostly ignored and only reached No.70 in the UK charts. Conversely, Versions was a revelation, hitting No.2 in the British album charts and spawning three Top Ten singles. An album of radically re-worked covers, new takes on The Smith's "Stop Me (If You Think You've Heard This One Before)" and The Zutons' "Valerie" both hit No.2, while a version of Kaiser Chiefs' "Oh My God" reached No. 8.

Aside from his own music, Ronson has also produced tracks for artists such as Christina Aguilera, Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, and Robbie Williams.
