What do Amazon.com customers think?
One of Neil's most consistent releasesI wrote in my review of the recently-released-on-CD _Old Ways_ that I liked it as well as I like _Comes a Time_. A minor correction: I think _Comes a Time_ still has a slight edge.So that you know where I'm coming from: if I were asked to name Neil Young's very best album ever, I'd dither between _Tonight's the Night_ and _On the Beach_. Comes a time in 2000I bought this CD on recommendation from a big Neil Young fan.I was told that this was his best album so I had to give it a try. Infact although there are some good songs on it (namely comes a time and look out for my love) , the class of Old Man, Harvest, I believe in you (just to name a few) isn't there. If this had been his first album I would probably have rated it higher but I suppose following Goldrush and Harvest is impossible.
