Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Mar, 12 2009
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have a impressive 14 studio albums in their back catalog, from 1984’s dark, dangerous From Her To Eternity to the gleefully wicked Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! in 2008. For those who missed them first time round, or for dogged completists, April 7 marks the first in a series of release dates which will result in reissues for the entire studio output of the band. The albums will be getting the full remastering and remixing treatment, and will also include instalments of a film series called “Do You Love Me Like I Love You?”. EMI/Capitol have also announced new reissues of the first three Radiohead albums, as they seek to wring the last dollars and cents out of their departed cash cow. On March 23, Pablo Honey, The Bends and OK Computer will all be reissued with a tempting array of added extras including videos, demos, rarities and live performance recordings. There's no new material, but if any of these are among your favorites, it's a little more special than a rag-tag collection of MP3s could ever be.
