Oasis Tries To Mimic Lennon Often On This ReleaseOasis' debut album "Definitely Maybe" is a fair start into the pop world, using symbolism, metaphors, guitar crunch and Lennon-esque high pitched vocals. "Live Forever", the breakout tune, gets annoying at times and the rest of the album gets lost. Oasis sounds like a Beatles cover band doing the lost songs of the late great John Lennon. Fair.
