Biography

Edit

Tom Higgenson, Dave Tirio, Mike Retondo, De'Mar Hamilton and Tim Lopez are the pop-punk band The Plain White T's. Initially, they played locally in Chicago and self-released a couple of albums, Come on Over and Stop. Fearless, who then signed them, re-issued Stop and released All That We Needed in 2005. This album spawned the single "Hey There Delilah" - though it was not a success for them until its re-release on their next album.

For Every Second Counts (2006) they had signed to Hollywood. The first single "Hate (I Really Don't Like You)" was a moderate success, but the re-release of "Hey There Delilah" reached the top of the US charts and did similarly well abroad.
