My favorite track by far is TRACK TWO_ too smooth vocals, with a weird little swoosh-like sound effect loop that reminds me of something out of Sailor Moon. Prince's last pop hit in various forms provides varietyThis "EP" contains the original hit single "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World" and 6 other versions: a disco version, a more soulful version, and a gangsta version plus some instrumentals. One remix features Mayte alluding to Salt N Pepa's Shoop which mentioned Prince's Sexy MF. Certainly it's essential if you are into Prince, but otherwise you can catch a slightly different version on the superior Gold Experience. Prince was defintiely trying to write a pop song when he wrote this. Not his best, but a very good pop song nonetheless.
