Come Clean is the major label debut of post-grunge band Puddle of Mudd and their third release overall. Released on August 28, 2001, the album was responsible for breaking Puddle of Mudd into the mainstream music scene. It contains the hit singles "Control," "Blurry," "Drift and Die," and "She Hates Me." Various tracks were re-recorded from the band's previous EP, Stuck and first album, Abrasive.

5 stars Creed With An Attitude??
After hearing the catchy single "Control" several times on the radio and on MTV, I decided to give these guys a chance. They sounded similar to Creed or Pearl Jam on their single, both musically and vocally, that may not be a bad thing, just a lack of originality. But I was totally surprised and have to give these guys credit, they have put out a very eclectic album that will appeal to just about anyone. holy ...! I love this album.seriously, this cd really works for me! every time I set my drink on the coffee table, I never leave a ring! a simply fantastic coaster!! ummm.. would i listen to it? NONONON NO. but Puddle of mud, my fine furniture thanks you.
