He then signed to punk label Epitaph for his next release, 2005's A Healthy Distrust. The same year he released a DVD, featuring live performances, videos and interviews, called Life Is Easy.

In 2007, Francis released Human the Death Dance, his fourth album. Although each album has been well-received by the hip-hop press, and by music websites and blogs, Francis has not yet enjoyed commercial success.
