Disclaimer is the major label debut album by post-grunge band Seether, released in 2002. The album was remastered and remixed slightly in 2004 as Disclaimer II with eight extra tracks. The album had ten different cover variations. These feature images from the "Fine Again" music video with people holding signs depicting a negative outlook or a poor situation in life.

I love Seether, including their original work from South Africa before they moved to America. This band, originally from South Africa under the name Saron Gas is incredible. They formed in 1999 and this is their second album, the first was called Fragile and sadly is not available in the United States. (South African release)Yes, Shaun Morgan's voice can have a tendency to sound like Kurt Cobaine, and/or Aaron Lewis but I found it easy to distinguish between Shaun and others. And btw, this band …

3 stars Not bad, but not mind-shattering either.
I bought this CD because of the single "Fine Again," which is a really good, catchy, depressing song about alcoholism. I have to admit, my expectations weren't extremely high for this CD. I pretty much knew it was going to be another new-millennium grunge CD and that's exactly what it is. Seether really aren't covering any ground that bands like Staind or Creed haven't covered already, but they still have a good sound that makes this CD easy to listen to.
