Biography

Edit

The Silversun Pickups is an American alt-rock band -- much compared to the Smashing Pumpkins -- whose current members are Brian Aubert (vocals/guitar), Nikki Monninger (bass), Joe Lester (keyboards) and Christopher Guanlao (drums). All are friends who have played together for years.

Their debut Pikul EP was released in 2005 and they followed this with their first full length album Carnavas in 2006 (2007 in the UK). They have spent time touring supporting major acts such as Foo Fighters, Snow Patrol and a European trip with the Kaiser Chiefs.
