Songs for Silent Movies is an EP by Something Corporate, released on May 27, 2003, only in Japan. It features several tracks off earlier releases that were unavailable in Japan, like "Little" and "Walking by" (from Audioboxer (2001)), "Konstantine" (from Welcome to the Family) and "Forget December" (from A Santa Cause: It's a Punk Rock Christmas), as well as live and acoustic material. The CD also contains an enhanced CD portion with the music videos for "Punk Rock Princess" and "I Woke Up in a Car" and live videos for "Punk Rock Princess" and "Straw Dog".

5 stars Pretty Expensive, but Worth it for Konstantine
Truthfully, if you are a Something Corporate fan living anywhere other than Japan- I wouldn't necessarily tell you to go out an buy this CD now. You can access all the songs one other, cheaper CDs. All the songs, that is, except for one. That's right, the infamous "Konstantine". That's all there is to it, really. This may almost be the most gorgeous song ever written, and if you have yet to hear it- I wouldn't hesitate to say you are missing out on an amazing experience. Beyond beautiful lyrics,…

the people below are saying that this EP is worth it just for 'Konstantine', which is their opinion, but still, Konstantine isn't perfect. It's alright, but overlong and uninteresting in part of it. I like SoCo, but still I think Konstantine is not worth 28 bucks for anyone except hardcore fans (inevitably someone's going to come after me trying to say that Konstantine is perfect... don't believe them). The rest of the EP rehashes some of LTTW. My favorite track is the live performance of Straw …
