One of the most influential and successful jazz fusion bands, Spyro Gyra, formed in Buffalo, New York in the early 70s. Founded by alto saxophonist Jay Beckenstein and keyboardist Tom Schuman, they have been recording and touring for more than 30 years and have released more than 25 albums selling more than 10 million copies worldwide.
