Squeeze's BestI've owned all of Squeeze's albums. But the songs and arrangements on "Play" (which was actually released in 1990) are D&T's best work. The interesting use of string sections, horns, and sampled ambient sounds compliment their most interesting production. There isn't a weak song here. Terrible re-releasePlay is probably my favorite album ever. Sadly, the CD I bought way back when, and the liner, was stolen years ago. That's why this gets one star. One star for being an awesome album. The other four are removed because the liner notes are hideously broken. Play was brilliant, because all of the songs' lyrics were in the liner notes, in order, in the format of a play. It was beautifully executed.
