5 stars Tony Danza Cuts In Line.
Well, it's been a long time coming for a new System Of A Down album. A long time. It's been almost four years since we were graced by the mega-successful sophmore album, "Toxicity," and if you discount the outtakes/b-sides collection that followed in 2002, "Steal This Album," this is the first smattering of new System Of A Down material since then. To put things in perspective, "Toxicity" was released a week before September 11th. Now think about all of the things that have happened since then. …

3 stars I love this band...but not this album
While I think this album is more thought provoking and interesting than most other albums out right now, I can't help but think it's less thought provoking and interesting than SOAD's other efforts. Much has been made of Daron Malakian's increased presence on this CD, and the consensus seems to be true: his voice and his lyrics just aren't of Serj Tankian caliber.

What I love about SOAD is how heavy, or hard, or however you want to word it, the music is, while at the same time capturing a profo…
