This four-track EP reissue of the 1988 BBC release is only a cure for dedicated Cure fans. These are simple, minimalist versions of Killing An Arab, 10:15 Saturday Night, Fire In Cairo, and Boys Don't Cry. Fans will say these versions are better than the hit single versions and casual listeners will wonder why they purchased the album. I know these were recorded in the mid-80s during a live performance on the BBC Radio John Peel program but the performances sound like a rehearsal. I am a Cure fan but they are not one of my top ten groups, so I am not keeping this album because it will seldom if ever be played, especially since the total running time is only 12:25. There are other Cure albums I would rather hear.
