The Holloways are a four-piece indie-rock band from North London. Their first single "Two Left Feet" entered the charts at number 33 in July, with the follow-up "Generator" charting at number 30 in October 2006. "Generator" was subsequently named the NME's 16th best song of the year for 2006 their album So, this is Great Britain? was released on October 30, 2006 on the TVT label.
