4 stars When you were young
I think it's one of the best songs on the cd. Brandon Flowers has lyrics like, "he doesn't look a thing like Jesus", and has a catchy tune with the chorus sounding like U2. If you're willing to spend the $13 for the 3 songs, you'll definately get what you paid for. On this album, they seem to be going in a different direction with their hit song, than their previous hit song. If you like the sound of U2, you might want to consider buying the album.

1 stars Catchy, but not quality
The Killers with their last album, Hot Fuss, put out marvelous songs which were both pop-laden, and just rich with lyrics and sounds. Their first single off Sam's Town, 'When You Were Young', is different though, because for some reason The Killer's dropped off some of their worth only to scrounge this single up.

All I can say is that I hope 'When You Were Young' returns to antiquity, and here's why. The Killers may have experimented a bit, yes it shows and that's good to try, but having a fals…
