5 stars An excellent remix
This disc is an excellent example of how to do a remix of an equally excellent song. The best one would have to be the Vocal Mix. The other songs may sound very little like the original 1979, but they retain just enough to make them worth the purchase. A must buy for any diehard Pumpkin fan.

2 stars Vocal Mix Stands Alone
Wow, I would have expected more from the pumpkins on this one. Well, Billy's not the one who does all the remixes, so I've still got full faith in him. Track #1 (Vocal Mix) is even better than the original 1979. The last three, however, don't even sound like the song. They don't have the lyrics or remotely sound like anything familiar... you can't even dance to it! So, if you like paying 10+ bucks for one song, go for it. If not, get some other Pumpkins stuff!
