There are those for whom Tony Bennett recalls gentler days pushed along by sweet, sophisticated music; and then there are those who witnessed the silver-maned legend performing with Elvis Costello and k.d. Lang in the 90s and welled up with nostalgia for a sound they never experienced but knew, through some romantic imperative, they needed to resuscitate. Whether you're still stuck on "I Left My Heart in San Francisco", or have yet to travel back in time farther than Bennett's Grammy-winning 1993 Fred Astaire tribute, you'll find little in the artist's back catalog worth passing by.
