Silver and Gold has the "Right Stuff"

When I think of the name Vanessa Williams it is synonymous with class, grace, eloquence, drive, determination and sheer talents. The girl has gone from Syracuse to Broadway and didn't miss a beat. Not to mention a Tony nod for "In the Woods". This lady presence commands and receives respects from fans and critics alike. As Enjoyable as a Glass of Stale Egg Nog

There is nothing on this disc that comes even remotely close to the stylish originality of her previous Christmas CD. Half of the tracks succumb to the same stale faux hip hop drum beats and the rest of the album just plods along on life support. Even Vanessa's usually reliable vocals sound flat and uninspired. Take heed, people, there's a reason why so many used copies of this are being resold at such cheap prices.
