Full Circle, released in 2006, is the sixth album from West Coast rapper Xzibit, his first release on Koch Records. To assist in the making of Full Circle, Xzibit enlisted Keith Shocklee of the legendary Bomb Squad as co-executive producer. The Game, DJ Quik, Too Short, T-Pain and Tha Dogg Pound make up the many high-profile guests, and the Chappelle's Show's Donnell Rawlings makes a comedic appearance. The presence of West Coast veteran King Tee is particularly notable for being the first Likwit Crew rapper to appear on an Xzibit album since 2000's Restless."Concentrate" was released as the lead single. Produced by the Bay Area's Rick Rock, it sampled and looped "Nam Myōhō Renge Kyō," a mantra that is chanted as the central practice of all forms of Nichiren Buddhism.Full Circle peaked on the Billboard album chart at #50, shipping 16,659 units. It has now sold 122,606 copies in America and 244,000 worldwide. The album had three singles released, in which two of them had music videos filmed for them (for "Concentrate" and "Thank You").
That is what the real hardcore west coast is supposed to sound like, this album is top quality. X is always staying true to who he is and he doesn't put a mask on like all these actors/rappers. He is a diamond for hiphop and everybody who likes and understand hip hop should cop this dope album, Nuff' said: X is back.

A solid return to form (3 and 1/2 stars)
Xzibit is one of the most underrated rappers out of the West Coast. At The Speed Of Life and 40 Dayz and 40 Nightz were classics. Then he started to lose steam. Restless was solid but Man Vs Machine and Weapons Of Mass Destruction were below average and below Xzibit's true potential. This album is alot better than his previous two but its has flaws. Jelly Roll's(who produces half of this album) beats sometimes dont mesh well with Xzibit's raw style of rapping. Invade My Space, Whole World and Rollin are proof of that statement. Xzibit is an abstract MC who needs beats that compliment his style. This album has its gems though: Ram Part Division is X to the Z's doing his best impression of the cops in LA. Concentrate was a banging single and pretty good choice for the lead single. Black And Brown and Thank You are as beautiful as they are heartfelt. Other notables: Scandalous B*****s, Family Values and Say It To My Face feat Kurupt. On Bail feat T-Pain, Daz and The Game and Poppin Off featuring the always reliable DJ Quik and King T are pretty boring tracks and The Donnell Rollins skit is just as stupid as the talks show its mimicking. Bonus cuts. The San Quinn Remix of Concentrate feat San Quinn is okay. The Westside remix of Rollin is just as weak as the original. Minute To Pray is a standout out of the three bonus tracks. Bottom Line: Full Circle is better than the previous two albums that Xzibit made. While it's not on the level of 40 Dayz and 40 Nightz and At The Speed Of Life, its still a notable release worth checking out. Standouts: RAM PART DIVISION, SCANDALOUS B*****S, BLACK AND BROWN, THANK YOU, FAMILY VALUES and MINUTE TO PRAY.
